Women supporting women

A Space for Healing and Growth

Every woman faces emotional challenges throughout her life — from the pressures of early adulthood and career demands to the transitions of motherhood, relationships, and midlife changes. Each stage brings its own shifts in identity, confidence, and emotional balance.

I offer a compassionate, warm, non-judgmental space where women can come together to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves, no matter their age or life stage. Through guided group sessions that blend mindfulness and gentle psychosensory techniques such as EFT and Havening women will:

  • Learn simple, effective tools to calm anxiety and ease emotional overwhelm;

  • Re-establish a deep sense of inner safety and self-trust;

  • Gently release accumulated emotions, stress, and guilt;

  • Reclaim their strength, calm and self-worth.

Navigating the Psychological Shifts of Perimenopause – With Clarity and Support: If you’re in your late 30s or 40s and starting to notice shifts in your mood, energy, or sense of self, you’re not alone. Perimenopause—the transitional phase before menopause—can start as early as your late 30s or 40s, bringing hormonal fluctuations that affect not just your body, but also your mind.

The beginning of perimenopause can bring a wave of emotional and psychological changes—some expected, others surprising. You might feel more anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from the person you once were.

I want you to know that what you’re experiencing is real, valid, and part of a natural transition. This phase of life is not just about hormones—it’s about how you feel, how you think, and how you respond to change. And while there’s no instant fix, there are ways to navigate this journey with more ease, awareness, and self-compassion.

Through gentle coaching and ongoing support, I help women like you find steadiness in the uncertainty. Together, we can explore practical ways to ease stress, manage emotional ups and downs, and reconnect with your inner strength.

You don’t have to go through this alone. Understanding what’s happening is the first step, and from there, we can find approaches that work for you. If you’re ready for support in this new chapter, I’m here to walk with you.
