Family First

My work is to help create connection in the family. Connection is possible when everybody’s needs are heard and met.

It starts with emotional well-being, which provides a sense of control over our emotions so that they don’t define our life. I work with people of all ages — adults, young adults, and teens — and help them understand and make sense of their emotions, so they can move from confusion and overwhelm to clarity and calm.

Through supportive techniques and practical tools, I guide them in building resilience, confidence, and emotional freedom. My goal is to empower each person to create a full, meaningful, and satisfying life, one where they feel safe within themselves and able to navigate challenges with ease.

Being in control of our emotions gives us the ability to stay calm in stressing moments or situations of daily life. The more we, as parents, stay calm in difficult moments, the more our children and teens grow in families that promote calm, self-regulation and a feeling of safety.

My approach

I work with children and parents integrating elements of hypnosis, NLP and evidence-based somatosensory techniques to increase emotional well-being and harmony in the family
